Manufacturing Warranty Coverage

Prior to shipping, every piece undergoes a detailed quality inspection. We guarantee that all Bellisa Jewellery pieces are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

If you believe your ring has a manufacturing defect upon receipt and prior to being worn, please contact us at info@bellisajewellery.com so we can evaluate your piece. If we determine that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item free of charge, at our discretion.

This warranty applies only to defects in craftsmanship or materials — not to damage caused by wear, impact, accidents, or improper care.

Complimentary Engagement Ring Resizing

We offer a one-time complimentary resizing for engagement rings within the first 6 months of purchase to ensure the perfect fit.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Please note that certain styles, such as full-eternity bands or designs with continuous pavé, cannot be resized.

Complimentary Cleaning & Inspection Services

To help maintain your ring’s brilliance, we offer complimentary ultrasonic and steam cleaning and a stone security inspection for all engagement rings.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.

We recommend a professional cleaning and inspection once per year to preserve your jewellery’s beauty and structure.

Small Stone Replacement

We offer complimentary replacement of small pavé stones (under 2mm) that fall out within 6 months of receiving your ring.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Lab Diamond & Moissanite Limited Lifetime Warranty

Coverage:

All Bellisa lab-grown diamonds and moissanites are guaranteed to maintain their optical properties — including brilliance, color, and clarity — for as long as you own them.

Excludes:

• Chips, cracks, or breakage from impact
• Wear-and-tear damage, mishandling, loss, or theft
• Changes in appearance due to environmental exposure or buildup

Wear and Tear (Not Covered by Warranty)

All fine jewellery, especially rings, will naturally show signs of wear over time. Daily activities, environmental exposure, and occasional knocks can affect even the most carefully crafted piece.

Our Limited Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty does not cover damage or loss caused by accidents, mishandling, misuse, theft, or general wear and tear.

Examples of Wear and Tear (Not Covered)

• Surface marks & scratches: Small dents or abrasions are normal as metals are naturally soft. Annual polishing can restore shine.
• Gemstone chips or cracks: Even the hardest stones can chip if struck at certain angles, especially at the girdle or exposed edges.
• Chemical damage: Chlorine, bleach, or harsh cleaning agents can corrode or dull metal. Always remove jewellery before swimming or cleaning.
• Metal discoloration: Exposure to lotions, perfume, or hot tubs can alter metal color. Regular cleaning is recommended.
• Broken, worn or bent prongs: Prongs and bands may thin or bend with use and may require maintenance such as re-tipping.
• Stone loss from wear: Gemstones that loosen or fall out due to worn prongs or impact are not covered under the manufacturing warranty.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• This warranty applies only to orders placed directly through Bellisa Jewellery’s official website.
• A refundable evaluation deposit($75) may be required before inspection. This covers the cost of shipping and professional assessment by our jewellers. The deposit will be refunded in full if the issue is found to be a manufacturing defect.
• If we determine the issue is not caused by manufacturing defects, we will provide a repair quote for your approval before any work begins. If declined, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Customers are responsible for shipping and customs fees for cross-border orders and must ensure jewellery is securely packaged and insured. Bellisa Jewellery is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
• Repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by anyone other than Bellisa Jewellery will void the warranty permanently.
• Bellisa Jewellery reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace an item at our discretion for any approved warranty claim.

Natural Characteristics

Slight variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics in color gemstones(natural gemstones), such as color differences, internal inclusions, or texture, are normal and part of each piece’s unique beauty. These are not considered defects.
