For all MADE TO ORDER jewellery, we are making it just for you so please allow 1-4 weeks for production and dispatch. *Some special orders will require a longer production time. Please refer to each product description for detail.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. A signature is required upon delivery for orders over $500.

We ship via Canada Post Xpresspost for a flat fee of $50 CAD for international orders. International shipment takes between 4-10 business days for delivery by air. Please note, additional business days may be added due to covid-19 restrictions or by your local customs agency for clearance in some cases.

A charge of duty, taxes or any surcharges may be imposed by your local customs agency, as it's required on the sale of goods when transport crosses an international border. Any extra charges on the order when passing through the border shall be paid by the person/company receiving the order. The courier company may reach out to you for official documents, such as tax invoices or proof of payment to facilitate customs clearance.
If you wish your order to be sent elsewhere or edit the current address. Kindly contact us as soon as the order has been placed, and we will make the necessary amendments.
All of our orders are shipped via a trackable shipping method. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do our best and everything we can to help you.
Bellisa Jewellery does not hold responsibility for the lost package once the proof of delivery is generated or during transit. For all orders over $500, we ask our carrier to collect signatures during the time of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
Every piece is specially handmade for you after your order is placed, and we want you to love and feel confident when shopping at Bellisa Jewellery. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered. You may return the order in its original, unworn condition within 7 days of the original delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Return Policy
Every piece of jewellery from Bellisa is completely custom-made by our small team of jewellers in Toronto, Canada, just for you. If returned, we will deduct the workmanship fee (50% of the order value) from the refund. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
Please note that orders made with installment payments, such as Sezzle/Klarna, are final sales.
Exchange Policy
Thinking about another Bellisa jewel? No worries, you can exchange your Bellisa jewel, and we will give you store credit to place a new order.
ADDITIONAL EXCHANGE INFORMATION
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. The original shipping fee and exchange handling fee of CA$230 will be deducted from your store credit.
Once we receive your returned order, all items will be inspected by our production team before a refund/store credit is issued. The entire process will take up to 2-3 business days. If the product is found damaged, modified, or already worn, it will be shipped back. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
Please note that the following circumstances cannot be returned:
- Improperly packaged items.
- Lab-grown diamond & color gemstone engagement rings are final sale.
- Black Friday Sale are final sale.
- Orders purchased via split payment structure.
- Damaged and used items.
- Items that have been customized, engraved(personalize), resized, upgraded in metal, or marked as final sale.
- Items you previously exchanged.
- Items were missing their certification or paperwork.
- Bespoke piece is customized design & handcrafted based on your preference. Once the bespoke order is placed, No Refund or Exchange will be accepted, as well as Cancellation of the order.
- Order that passed our seven-day return period.
- Ring size under US5 or above US8.
- Earrings due to hygiene purposes.
- Chain breakage due to improper care.
- Bracelets are all final sale.
Given the nature of our industry, we are well aware of the circumstances that may arise during and after production. Below, we have outlined our policies for the various situations our customers might encounter:
Scenario: Your relationship has ended after place the order but before your order is shipped. What would the cancellation fee be?
Answer: This will depend on the current production process of your order.
- If after casting, before setting process. We can issue the refund with a $350 CAD cancellation fee deduction.
- If the production of the ring has been done. We can issue a refund with a deduction of 50% of your order.
Please note that all orders placed via credit card are subject to a 3.5% Shopify Payment Processing Fee charged by Shopify. Orders placed with installment payments, such as Sezzle/Klarna are final sales and cannot be canceled.
Returns are accepted within seven days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, all items must have no signs of wear or damage and be in their original packaging. All returns must be authorized by Bellisa prior to being sent back. We reserve the right to deny any return orders that do not meet our return policy requirement.
Please note: after 7 days, we no longer accept returns or exchanges, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once the return request has been approved by Bellisa Customer Care, the return package must be shipped back within five days in secure packaging using a trackable shipping method.
*US order returns are recommended to be shipped back via DHL, UPS, or FedEx. We do not recommend using USPS(United States Postal Service) due to the higher risk of parcel loss.
*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees for cross-border orders. Bellisa is not responsible for lost parcels during transit.
