Payments
We offer installment plans through Sezzle/Klarna - these options are available at checkout!
If you wish to split your payments into a deposit/final payment structure, please email the order details to info@bellisajewellery.com. We will create a dedicated payment link for you to submit the 50% deposit to start the order, and the final 50% of your order will be due in 4 weeks.
With the split payment structure, once your order is ready and full payment is received, we will ship out the order and notify you with a shipping confirmation. If you have not yet paid the final balance, we will send you a reminder email.
Please note: Failure to pay the final balance within 30 days of the final reminder email will result in the right to sell the ring to someone else, and your deposit will be forfeited.

We currently process orders and charge in Canadian currency(CAD). Orders placed outside of Canada will be converted to your home currency through your banking provider.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer secure payment options through PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Additionally, we provide flexible payment plans through trusted financing partners, allowing you to pay in installments.
Ring Resizing Service
We understand it is sometimes hard to choose the correct ring size when shopping online, and we have your back! Every engagement ring from us comes with a one-time free resizing service within the first year of purchase.
For women's wedding bands and half-eternity rings, the resizing charge will be $40 CAD. Men's wedding band resizing charge will be $65 CAD.
We will resize your engagement ring once for free within the first year of your purchase.
To start the process, please email us to submit the resize request along with your order details; we will follow up with the instructions and the return shipping address.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping fee both ways.
*Some rings cannot be resized and will need to be remanufactured. This may be due to a size restriction, falling outside of the recommended range(+/- 1 size), or due to the design style.
*Full eternity bands & open rings, unfortunately, cannot be resized. If you discover the size you ordered is incorrect, the ring must be remade at the customer's expense.
During resizing, we adjust your ring's size by adding or removing small amounts of metal on the back of your ring shank. This alteration may result in a slight change in the thickness of the ring – it might become slightly thicker or thinner upon completion. This is a minor difference that may or may not be noticeable. Any personalized engraving inside the ring shank may become incomplete after the process due to surface refinishing.
Once the resizing is complete, your ring will undergo a thorough inspection by our production team to ensure that our high standards are met and that your ring has been fitted to the size you need.
Orders
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing the order. Our customer care team will follow up with you regarding the current production timeline and weekly production update. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Given the nature of our industry, we are well aware of the circumstances that may arise during and after production. Below, we have outlined our policy for the situation our customers might encounter:
Scenario: Your relationship ended after placing the order but before your order was shipped. What would the cancellation fee be?
Answer: This will depend on the current production process of your order.
- If the production of the ring has been started. We can issue a refund with a deduction of 50% of your order.
Please note that all orders placed via credit card are subject to a 3.5% Shopify Payment Processing Fee charged by Shopify. Orders placed with installment payments, such as Sezzle/Klarna, are final sales and cannot be canceled. The cancellation policy doesn't apply to final sale items.
All our rings are made to order, and we operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you need to expedite a ring, we offer a rush order service with a charge of $330 for engagement rings & $150 for wedding & eternity rings.
Please contact us directly to discuss this option, as we cannot guarantee accommodation for every request. The quickest turnaround time for any ring is two weeks. Rush fees are non-refundable.
We ship internationally because we believe everyone in the world deserves a dream ring!
