At Bellisa Jewellery, whether you're starting with customizing a Bellisa Design or creating a custom design with inspirational photos or ideas, we're here to guide you through every step with creativity and expert advice.

What Do We Offer Through Bespoke Submissions

Our bespoke service is designed to be as flexible and collaborative as possible. There are two main options for creating your custom piece:

1. Customize Any Existing Bellisa Design

If you've fallen in love with one of our existing designs but want to make it more personal, we offer full customization. This can include adjusting the center stone size or shape and changing the setting(ex. thickness/width, setting style, side stone type, etc.). 

*A special service we offer at no extra cost is the ability to custom adjust our eternity wedding band to complement Bellisa's engagement ring perfectly.

2. Create a Completely Custom Design

If you have a unique vision in mind, we're here to make it a reality. You can share any inspirational photos or ideas, and we'll work closely with you to design a one-of-a-kind piece that feels true to you. Whether it's a modern concept, a symbolic motif, or something deeply personal, we'll translate your ideas into a custom design that's both beautiful and meaningful.

How the Bespoke Design Process Works

Once you reach out with your ideas, the design process begins via email. We discuss everything in detail—from inspiration and style to gemstone preferences and budget. We then provide a detailed quote based on your selected design and materials. We are happy to work around your budget to create the best possible version of your dream ring.

To start the order, we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due before shipping. During the order process, our design team will work closely with you and create a 3D rendering report of your design for your review. This digital mock-up lets you see and approve every detail before we move into production, ensuring you're 100% confident in your ring.

Exploring Gemstone Options

Choosing the right gemstone is a key part of the design process. We offer a range of ethically sourced and budget-conscious options to suit your style and values:

• Moissanite: Known for its brilliance and affordability, moissanite is a popular diamond alternative with its own unique sparkle.
• Lab-Grown Diamonds: Ethically made and visually identical to natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds are perfect for those who want sustainability without compromising on beauty.
• Lab-Grown Gemstones: These include lab-created sapphires, emeralds, and more, offering vibrant color at a more accessible price.
• Natural Gemstones: For customers who prefer earth-mined stones, we also offer carefully sourced natural diamonds and colored gemstones.
